you can do it with 8 digits too for example, but then you'll have to adjust the instructions, like multiply the first 3 by 800 and add the last 5 digits twice or something. or in the original you can multiply by 120 in the first step, then add the last 4 three times and divide by 3 :) anyway, a very neat trick, I like it :)

It seems that virtually any language that uses characters instead of letters, English speakers would find difficult to learn. But I guess, if you wanted to learn a language, then you're bound to meet some kind of obstacle, whether it's a different writing system or difficult accents.
